Refund & Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our cookies and chocolates, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

We will issue a refund or replacement only if:

  • Your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, and

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and

  • You provide clear photo evidence of the damage, including the product and packaging

Photo proof is required for all damage claims. Without photo evidence, we are unable to process a refund or replacement.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
