Refund & Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies and chocolates, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Personal taste preferences

Incorrect orders placed by the customer
We will issue a refund or replacement only if:

Your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, and

You contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and

You provide clear photo evidence of the damage, including the product and packaging
Photo proof is required for all damage claims. Without photo evidence, we are unable to process a refund or replacement.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
